Tyler is a graduate of Brigham Young University. He enjoys working on start-up businesses and currently owns a trade school and barbershop and will be starting two more businesses in 2020. He enjoys engaging with customers and building brands.

Tyler believes that if someone has a dream they need to take action and get after it. Fear kills more dreams than failure ever will. Creating strong systems and teams is key to the success of any business, big or small.

Bryan graduated from Utah State University and Ricks College with degrees in Marketing and General Business. For over twenty years Bryan has been a business consultant and coach working with entrepreneurs in numerous public, private, and non-profit organizations to improve results in their business and personal lives.

Bryan has built multiple businesses. In 2015, Bryan became the Executive Director of the Idaho Innovation Center, and in 2016 became a part-time SBDC business consultant specializing in sales and marketing strategies, financial management, operations and organizational structure.
